• All orders placed before 2.30pm on a working day (excluding Bank Holidays) will ship the same day.
• Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 2-4 days.
• Overseas Orders (including Rep. Of Ireland) should arrive within 8-10 working days.

Delivery charges do not include expenses for customs duty and/or VAT. Letts.co.uk is not responsible for any additional charges; these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of any goods purchased are subject to the Letts returns policy as set out in the returns section below.

At letts.co.uk we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we have therefore made our returns policy very simple.

Our refund policy means that if you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from Letts.co.uk just return it to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 28 days of despatch and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
