To help ensure your Christmas gifts arrive in time this festive season we will be upgrading all standard 2nd class Royal Mail post to 1st Class from Monday 08th December.

Letts will be dispatching orders on the following dates over the Christmas season: 21st,22nd and 23rd December.  The 29th and 30th December, and Friday 02nd January 2015. For pre-Christmas deliveries please ensure your order is with us before 21st Dec.

Delivery to UK addresses will normally take between 3 to 5 working days, but can sometimes take a little longer due to postal delays.

Overseas Orders (including Rep. Of Ireland) should arrive within 8-10 working days.

The delivery cost for your order will be clearly displayed when you enter your address details in the checkout process.

Returns

Returns of any goods purchased are subject to the Letts returns policy as set out in the returns section below.


At letts.co.uk we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we have therefore made our returns policy very simple.


Our refund policy means that if you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from Letts.co.uk just return it to us within 28 days of despatch in perfect condition, in the original packaging along with the invoice/despatch note and returns note, and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All personalised goods unless incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. You should notify us of any faulty goods within 7 days of receiving the goods.
