Returns of any goods purchased are subject to the Letts returns policy as set out in the returns section below.
At letts.co.uk we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we have therefore made our returns policy very simple.
Our refund policy means that if you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from
Letts.co.uk just return it to us within 28 days of despatch in perfect condition, in the
original packaging along with the invoice/despatch note and returns note, and we will issue
a refund for the price of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All personalised goods unless incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty are NON
RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. You should notify us of any faulty goods within 7 days of
receiving the goods.
